– Salt and pepper to taste
Now let’s get cookin’.
Start by cooking the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. While that’s cookin’, heat up the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced oyster mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Then, add in the minced garlic and cook for another minute or so.
Next, pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes until it’s slightly reduced. Once the spaghetti is done, drain it and add it to the pan with the mushrooms and garlic. Toss everything together until it’s all coated in that delicious sauce.
Finally, sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and give it one last toss to fully incorporate it. Serve it up and enjoy the heavenly flavor sensation.
Oh, and before I forget, let me share another recipe with y’all that I recently stumbled upon: Quinoa Hash Browns.
Now, I know what you’re thinking. Quinoa in hash browns? Trust me, it’s a game changer. Here’s what ya need:
– 1 cup cooked quinoa
– 2 tablespoons of flour
– 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
– 1 egg
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Oil for cooking
Start by mixing together the cooked quinoa, flour, Parmesan cheese, and egg until it’s all combined. Then, season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat up some oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once it’s hot, scoop out some of the quinoa mixture and form it into a patty shape. Place it in the skillet and let it cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it’s golden brown and crispy.
Serve these bad boys up with some scrambled eggs and bacon for a delicious breakfast, or pair ‘em with a salad for a healthy lunch option.
