To make the raspberry chia seed jam, start by adding the raspberries and honey to a small saucepan. Cook the mixture over medium heat until the raspberries break down and release their juices. Once the raspberry mixture has thickened slightly, add the chia seeds to the pot and stir well.

Allow the raspberry chia seed jam to cool slightly before serving alongside the pancakes.

Now that you have your pancakes and jam, it’s time to serve them up! Start by placing a few pancakes on a plate, then top them with a generous dollop of the raspberry chia seed jam.
