Oreo Peppermint Bark Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (16 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed
12 oz white chocolate chips
10-12 peppermint candies, crushed
1 tsp peppermint extract
Instructions
1. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave.
3. Add the peppermint extract to the melted chocolate and stir well.
4. Mix the crushed Oreos into the chocolate and stir until well combined.
5. Spread the mixture over the parchment paper and sprinkle with the crushed peppermint candies.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour, or until firm.
7. Break the bark into pieces and serve.
