Salmon salad is one of my all-time favorite dishes. It’s healthy, light, and delicious. Plus, it’s incredibly versatile, so you can tweak the recipe to your liking. Below, I’m sharing my go-to salmon salad recipe that’s perfect for any occasion!
My Favorite Salmon Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh salmon
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side-down.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it’s cooked through and flaky.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the salad dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, use a fork to gently break the salmon into large flakes.
- In a large bowl, toss together the mixed greens, sliced cucumber, sliced avocado, and sliced red onion. Add the salmon flakes to the salad mixture.
- Pour the salad dressing over the mixture and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top of the salad.
- Serve immediately.

Mi Cosina’s Salmon Salad
Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp olive oil
