Banana Bread Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2-3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Mash the bananas in a bowl and mix in the melted butter
- Add baking soda and salt to the banana mixture
- Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract
- Mix in the flour until just combined
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
- Allow the bread to cool before slicing and serving
Zucchini Pineapple Bread Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, oil, and vanilla extract together
- Add the shredded zucchini, crushed pineapple (with juice), and nuts
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined
- Pour the batter into two greased 9-in. x 5-in. loaf pans
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
- Allow the bread to cool before slicing and serving
